When you feel yourself getting stressed and you can’t get away from the situation, try looking at the picture and letting those good feelings wash over you.

Find a scent that works for you and then try either lighting a candle or finding a perfume that includes that scent. Then you can simply add a dab when you need some quick scent relief. Keep in mind that scents can be overwhelming for some people, so you may need to go easy with the scents if you’re out and about.
Pet a Dog or Cat
Lots of studies have supported the fact that pets can help to improve your mood, reduce stress, and even help with depression. When you need a quick boost of stress relief, just petting a dog or a cat can have the same effect. Some people find that other animals can help, too, so if you have a bird or some fish, try spending a few minutes interacting with them to get some of the same results.
Keep a Tasty Treat on Hand
Taste can help you to get rid of some stress, too. Try popping a mint in your mouth or even a square of dark chocolate. You’ll get an antioxidant boost and you’ll have the rich chocolate taste. Coffee or tea can also help, but if you’re jumpy, maybe try decaffeinated versions instead.
