To make sure that each client's needs are fully understood, a Registered Nurse is available to meet with the client before any caregivers ever go into a patient's home. The free initial consultation with the RN ensures that Hopewell not only has a solid understanding of the client's medical needs, but that we also gain insight into selecting the best person to assist your loved one. The nurse will assess the client's mental, physical, and environmental condition, then prepare an objective, written care plan designed to meet the specific needs of the client.
